APLICACIONS METALAYM has the most optimal technical and human resources to execute any kind of welding, stainless steel, special steels, iron and aluminium with different qualities and resistances, as well as the possibility of performing leak testing.
At APLICACIONS METALAYM, we are experts in welding steels, stainless steels and aluminium and has obtained ISO 3834-2 quality certification for the fusion welding of metallic materials and EN 1090-2 EXC3 quality certification for the welding of steel structural elements.
We have more than 50 boxes equipped with welding machines and special mechanical workbenches for welding to ensure optimal work quality.
Stainless steel welding
We have 30 boxes used for welding all kinds of pieces and structures in stainless steel, titanium and aluminium.
Our team are trained and qualified by ICTS (the Catalan Technical Institute of Welding) in MAG welding and TIG welding for non-alloy steels and stainless steels as per the ISO 9606-1 standard.
We use the most advanced technical means to execute all kinds of welding with different qualities and resistances, including state-of-the-art welding machines, special mechanical workbenches for welding workshops and video inspection systems for internal and tubular welding. In addition, we offer the possibility of carrying out welding temperature controls and certified leak testing.
APLICACIONS METALAYM works with all the stainless steels on the market, although we specialise in calibrated stainless steels and those with high structural resistance, such as AISI 304, AISI 309, AISI 310, AISI 316, as well as alloys of these steels, and even titanium and aluminium.
Iron welding
We have 20 boxes used for welding all kinds of pieces and structures in iron.

At APLICACIONS METALAYM, we work with all the iron materials on the market, but we specialise in high-resistance iron such as S275 and S355.
Leak testing
We carry out leak testing, as well as fracture resistance testing for different materials, under the control and verification of our Quality Department and under the supervision of our technical and industrial supervisors.
