Cutting processes

We incorporate the leading technologies in all cutting processes: Laser cutting, High definition plasma cutting, oxygen cutting and water jet cutting, Shearing and Punching.

Precision forming

We offer all kinds of sheet forming, both using a folding machine as well as automated bending cylinders: Folding and Bending.

Welding

More than 25 boxes equipped with welding machines and special mechanical workbenches for welding: Stainless steel welding, Iron welding and Leak testing.

Range of finishes

The broad variety of machines allows us to tackle more complex jobs with every guarantee of success in Stainless steel, Iron and Aluminium.

Quality control

APLICACIONS METALAYM guarantees quality control on all entries of raw material and on the final product according to customer specifications.

Logistics

All our pieces are transported with the proper packaging and, if the customer so wishes, palletised and labelled.
