Our aim is to achieve maximum efficiency in all operations and a valuable final product that meets the demands of our customers.

To do this, we analyse all the elements involved in the manufacturing processes and manage all the resources, carefully planning every aspect to obtain the highest quality in the final products, while keeping costs down.

This process involves the Planning and Documentation Department and the Quality Control Department, as well as the use of the most advanced technology and the dedication of our entire team, which enables us to adapt to any kind of order.

Guaranteeing maximum quality in our products and services with the aim of being worthy of our customers’ trust and satisfaction, is one of our company’s key principles.

During every production process, and according to the requirements of each project, the different areas of the company work together with the highest level of professionalism and rigour to guarantee the quality of the final product.

Components and equipment are produced in the different sections of our facilities under strict supervision and exhaustive quality control of the material.

Thanks to our Quality Department, we can offer our customers welding temperature controls, certified leak testing, as well as fracture resistance testing.

Aplicacions Metalaym has obtained ISO 3834-2 quality certification for the fusion welding of metallic materials and EN 1090-2 EXC3 quality certification for the welding of steel structural elements.

Our team of welders are WELDGING qualified in MAG welding and TIG welding of non-alloy steels and stainless steels as per the ISO 9606-1 standard.
